If you want to unlock, so the DWORD value change " 0 " to " 1 ".

How to Disable the Display of Drives in My Computer

When you apply this trick then you will not see any drive ( Patition ) in my computer.
Go to Start=> Run
And here you type " regedit ".
Now registry window will be open and follow this path.

Now on the right hand side, create a new DWORD entry and make his name " NoDrives ".
Now double click on it and modify it's value and set it " 3FFFFFF ".

Note: If you want to again display the drives so simply delete the DWORD entry " NoDrives ".

Remove the Chat Box in Gmail

How to Optimize USB wwith NTFS Format

First of all, plugged your usb with usb port and then right click on " My Computer ".
Select " Properties ".
Now click on " Hardware " tab and select " Device Manager ".
Click on " Disk Drive " and here you will see your dirve that already have listings.
Right click on your usb and select " Properties " and click on " Policies " tab.
Here are two option. the first  is " Optimize for Quick Removel "
And the second one is " Optimize for Performance ".
Here I will select " Optimize for Performance ".
Now sign into window explorer.
Now right click on usb drive and select " Format ".
Here is NTFS file system can be selected and allocation of 512 bytes can be selected.

Note: If the usb cannot be formated using NTFS, so that possible your usb doesn't support NTFS.
