First of all, plugged your usb with usb port and then right click on " My Computer ".
Select " Properties ".
Now click on " Hardware " tab and select " Device Manager ".
Click on " Disk Drive " and here you will see your dirve that already have listings.
Right click on your usb and select " Properties " and click on " Policies " tab.
Here are two option. the first is " Optimize for Quick Removel "
And the second one is " Optimize for Performance ".
Here I will select " Optimize for Performance ".
Now sign into window explorer.
Now right click on usb drive and select " Format ".
Here is NTFS file system can be selected and allocation of 512 bytes can be selected.
Note: If the usb cannot be formated using NTFS, so that possible your usb doesn't support NTFS.
