First of all, log in to your Google+ account.
After login to your account, click on the " Profile " tab and then click on " Edit Profile ".
Now click on " Other Profile " on the right-hand side of the Google+ account.
After it, click on " Custom Link ".
Now two boxes will be open.
In the first box, enter a name which you want to appear in your Google+ account.
Now in the second box, paste your site or blog URL.
Now click on the " Save " button and enjoy it.
