Go To Start=> Run
Here you type " regedit "
Now registry editor window will be open and follow this path.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Here you look DWORD value on right side pane " Disable TAsk Manager ".
If you find this value then delete it. Now Task Manager will be enable.
