Often time when you browsing or other works, then your friends and other people can find out your activities with click on My Document list. Don't worry now with this trick you can clear your document history, when you reboot your pc or log-off.
Go to Start=> Run
Here you type " regedit "
And now follow this path.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Now on right side panel, right click and create a new DWORD entry and make a name
" ClearRecentDocsOnExit ". Give a value of 1.
Now exit registry editor and reboot your pc.
Go to Start=> Run
