Cool Trick

Go to Start=> Run and type " regedit "
Now follow this path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

Now here you right click on right side on " Default " ,select his String Value and make a name 
" Backbitmap "
Now double click on this and give a location of .bmp file in value data
Example:
                E:\college photo\abc.bmp

Note: The extension of picture must be .bmp.......
